The archive with the suffix ZIP can be used with any extracting tools that support
ZIP archives. The archives with the suffix tar.gz are gzipped tar archives. These
archives must be extracted with the gzip command and then with the tar command.
Both are available on the i5.
Extracting JSON archive for example (I assume that the file has been put into /tmp):
qsh cd /tmp gzip -d json-src-1.1.tar.gz tar -xf json-src-1.1.tar

As i currently have no other access to a System i the saved objects don't reside in a common library like QGPL. So you have to provide another library name when using the restore command.
